Job Description:

Bayhealth Medical Center formed in January 1997 when Kent General
Hospital and Milford Memorial Hospital merged to create a not-for-profit
healthcare system. Bayhealth is Delaware's second-largest healthcare
system, with over 2,700 employees and 354 physicians. As a leader
in the medical community, Bayhealth Medical Center embraces and

healthcare providers seek to empower patients and families through
information and education by creating a healing partnership. Join
three established, board-certified hematologist/oncologists in
an expanding practice in Dover and Milford, Delaware. Call schedule
is currently 1:4 weekends and 1:3 weekdays. New offices, exam
rooms and infusion rooms in Dover and expanded facilities in Milford.
Both offices are fully staffed. They currently participate in
three clinical research programs and sit on the tumor board. 60-80
patients seen per week.

are only one hours drive to the south. Philadelphia, Baltimore
and Washington, DC are all within a two hour drive. Delaware
offers everything from whale and dolphin watching to beachcombing,
nature walks, sail boarding, parasailing and more! The cultural
experiences are also unique-summer arts festivals, art galleries,
dinner theater, historic train rides and outdoor performances
