South Louisiana Medical Associates would like to consider you
for their position as Chairman, Department of Radiology. SLMA
is a 40+ physician, multi-specialty group founded in 1978 to serve
as the educational affiliate of Ochsner. Recruitment is due to
retirement. Our low pressure environment fosters collegiality and rapport
among the physicians. You will have the opportunity to contribute
to the ongoing education of medical students through SLMA's exclusive
agreement with 2 Caribbean medical schools. Your position as Chairman will be approximately 80% clinical and
20% administrative and you will have the opportunity to perform
biopsies, if desired. Our 4.5 day workweek allows you the time to explore "America's
Wetland"...coffee-colored bayous, ancient cypress trees, alligators
and some of the greatest fishing in the world! Enjoy no commuting or travel...we are based at just one facility,
Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center, which is part of the state
charity hospital system. This is an outstanding opportunity to
