Job Description:
Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine
seeks an experienced Oncologist to serve as Director for a newly
created position in their Department of Oncology (fully integrated
with the Colon Cancer Program of the Albert Einstein Cancer Center).
You will lead and coordinate all patient care and clinical research
activities in patients with a diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer
(approximately 600 new patients per year). You will also play
an important role in the new Liver Cancer Center and have the
opportunity to teach the Program's Medical Oncology Fellows. Candidates
at the Associate or Professor level will be considered along with
experienced practicing clinicians who desire an academic setting.
A very competitive financial package (compares favorably with
private practices in the New York area) is offered.
