North Shore Physicians Group, a member of Partners HealthCare System of Boston, is seeking additional BE/BC emergency medicine trained physicians interested in joining their growing emergency medicine department. You will be part of the dynamic teams at Union Hospital in Lynn, MA and North Shore Medical Center in Salem, MA. Located approximately 5 miles apart, this prestigious group is noted for its quality of care and reputation within the community. Other important details: • Join group of 28 physicians • New model allows you to convert to RVU compensation model after only 6 months if you are ready • Volume at both hospitals last year: 77,000 encounters • Average of 16 shifts per month; average of 2 night shifts per month • P.A.’s on staff for fast track protocol • Average tenure of the group is 10 years+ • Ability to pick up extra shifts if schedule allows • Comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.
