Job Description:

Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center is the largest hospital
in Louisiana, with 852 licensed beds and all subspecialties represented
on the medical staff. Together with its affiliated facilities,
OLOL serves a 12-parish area centered in Baton Rouge and cares
for more than 600,000 outpatients and inpatients each year.

OLOL's well-established and expanding Hospitalist group of 20
physicians, including a dedicated nocturnist, seeks a daytime
hospitalist and an additional nocturnist to work in a supportive
environment. The group, which started in 1992, has enjoyed negligible
turnover. The Medical Director is an active hospitalist. Shift-based,
tandem, block scheduling allows you and your partner flexibility
and up to 26 weeks off clinical rotation per year. Two hospitalists
are scheduled each night and provide on-site coverage limited
to a single hospital. Staffing is not reduced on weekends or
holidays. Hospitalist RNs assist with data collection, triage
and discharge planning. User-friendly Smartphone/web-based communication
and billing system. Open ICUs with on-site intensivist support.
Optional team projects include CPOE, palliative care, resident
education and peri-operative program. Exceptional administrative
and subspecialist support. Candidates must be Board Certified/Board
Eligible in Internal Medicine with excellent communication skills.
Top 10% compensation. Incentive package based on patient satisfaction,
production and project activities. Ample benefits package. Sorry
