Job Description:
Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon
to join their medical staff. Shared ER call anticipated to be
1:3. Our attractive lifestyle position will allow you to have
a busy practice and build a sub-specialty component (if you wish).
The position consists of seeing new and follow-up patients in
the office as well as performing surgeries at one location - Mount
Sinai Medical Center. Mount Sinai Medical Center is Florida's largest private, independent,
and not-for-profit teaching hospital with over 935 beds, 26 operating
suites and 1100 physicians. Mount Sinai will become the primary
teaching hospital for Florida International University. The medical
school plans to enter its first class in 2009. Mount Sinai currently
has internal medicine, cardiology, pathology, radiology, emergency
medicine and general surgery residency programs. Compensation is competitive and the benefits are comprehensive
and include malpractice coverage.
