Job Description:

Specialty Medical Group Central California (SMG), a medical group
located in Madera, California, and affiliated with Children's
Hospital Central California, is seeking a full-time, BE/BC Pediatric
Gastroenterologist. In this position you will join board certified
colleagues and participate in a shared call arrangement. Practice
offers a full range of Pediatric Gastroenterology services. Opportunities
to teach include an excellent Pediatric Residency training program
and rotations from Family Practice Residents and students from
the UC San Francisco School of Medicine. Assistant/Associate
Clinical appointment is included.
With a service area encompassing 45,000 square miles, you will
enjoy a busy practice with a full spectrum of diagnosis.

This beautiful 296-bed facility occupies a 50 acre campus on the
bluffs of the San Joaquin River just north of Fresno. In addition
to the main hospital, the campus also contains medical and professional
buildings, a child development center, a heliport, and sits next
to the Ronald McDonald House. Children's Hospital Central California
boasts a medical staff of 500 doctors practicing in over 40 pediatric
subspecialties. This impressive facility offers a 65-bed NICU,
and soon to be a 32-bed PICU.
