Job Description:

The Division of Hematology/Oncology at the Penn State Cancer Institute,
Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a medical oncologist
for a full time faculty appointment at the level of Assistant
Professor. This is an opportunity for development of subspecialty
interest in most areas of solid tumor treatment and research.
This position includes direct patient care, teaching responsibilities
and clinical/basic research. The Penn State Cancer Institute
delivers cancer services throughout central and eastern Pennsylvania.
The Institute's mission includes clinical care, research, education
and community outreach. The development of programs in clinical
care and research is a priority for the Penn State Cancer Institute,
Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. The new Penn State Cancer Center
facility will open in 2008.
