The call schedule is 1:6 and a highly competitive productivity-based compensation and benefit package is offered. NorthShore is comprised of more than 550 employed primary and specialty care physicians throughout the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago and is the principle teaching affiliate of The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Clinical research and teaching interest can be supported. Academic appointment to The University of Chicago is available to qualified candidates.
