Job Description:

Shriners Hospitals for Children is seeking a pediatric orthopaedic
surgeon to serve as Medical Director for their 30-bed hospital
in Erie, Pennsylvania. Staff position available as well. This
opportunity will allow you to join one of the Shriners' most well-established
facilities. The site has a full Motion Analysis Laboratory that
supports documentation and decision-making for individuals with
gait disturbances.

Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of 22 pediatric hospitals
in the U.S., Canada and Mexico providing specialized care for
orthopaedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries and cleft
lip and palate. The 18 orthopaedic Shriners Hospitals are dedicated
to providing specialized medical and rehabilitative services to
children with congenital deformities, problems resulting from
orthopaedic injuries and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Position
offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits
package. The successful candidate should be board certified or
board eligible, have completed a pediatric orthopaedic fellowship
and be dedicated to patient care, resident education and supportive
of clinical research. Academic appointments are available based
upon experience.
