Job Description:

Very well respected 13-person Surgical group seeks a General Surgeon to play an important role in meeting the patient surgical needs and the continued excellent growth the practice is enjoying. The practice includes, thoracic, vascular, colon and rectal, advanced laparoscopic, cardiac, and general surgeons. The surgeons enjoy a large referral base. Call will be one in four. The group enjoyed decades as a private practice. In the past two years, the group has become employed by the Virtua Health System. Virtua is a 4-hospital health system with hospitals in Marlton, Voorhees, Mt. Holly and Berlin, New Jersey. A state-of-the-art medical center is presently being built a few miles south of the Rt. 70/73 circle. Much of the new surgeon's operative time will be spent at the new facility. A competitive salary, production bonus, full benefits, and retirement plan are offered.
