Virginia Commonwealth University; Division of Neonatal Medicine
is seeking a Neonatologist to join their growing department.
Join a division of 3 dedicated Neonatologists and 4.5 neonatal
nurse practitioners. The position will be up to 1/3 clinical and 2/3 academics. Clinical time will be spent in VCU's brand new 40-bed NICU opening
October, 2008. The center will be absolutely state-of-the-art
with single bed rooms, environmental controls and technology that
will allow the Neonatologists to provide exceptional care. This is an exciting position for Neonatologists who want to combine
resident and fellow teaching and clinical care with an almost
limitless opportunity to explore academic interests within the
areas of education, clinical care and quality assurance, epidemiology,
clinical research and more. The Division is strongly committed
to fostering the academic careers of its members. Candidates should be board eligible/board certified in Neonatal-Perinatal
Medicine and have a passion for clinical work, education, and
academic research. Academic rank is dependent upon experience. This position will
